Cover Desk’s virtual assistants take part in a Foundation Skills Training Course created especially to serve insurance parties. This four-week intensive training session in personal and commercial lines insurance, including two weeks on insurance customer service and two weeks on quoting.

Cover Desk assesses the needs of their customer, an insurance agency, and select candidates for the agency to interview. Then the customer chooses a dedicated full- or part-time virtual assistant (20 or 40 hours per week) or tries a shared group.
