..in early 2017, everybody was still trying to find their way. The term [InsurTech] didn't really have a solid definition, but more than anything, our clients were quite paranoid about being disrupted and that was a regular question to us. "How do I avoid being usurped? How do I avoid being disintermediated?"

Unsurprisingly most of them [InsurTech Startups] did not think about disruption in a traditional sense, at least. They wanted to work with our clients. They wanted to enrich what they were doing.
