Tomer Kashi is CEO and Co-Founder of VOOM a tech "geek" that "fell in love" in InsurTech.

Under Tomer's leadership, VOOM created its global risk engine and InsurTech platform, secured partnerships with leading global insurance companies, and onboarded tens of thousands of clients. Prior to VOOM, Tomer was a part of the elite cybersecurity unit of the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office, where he spearheaded inter-disciplinary technological projects. His last project received an award from the country's president due to its significant contribution on a national level.

Tomer is an alumnus of Israel’s esteemed Air Force program “Talpiot,” he holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in computer science and physics from the Hebrew University.
