Gilad serves as Managing Director, InsurTech at BMI Capital International LLC, a FINRA/SIPC member broker-dealer, advising insurance and InsurTech companies on capital formation and sell-side M&A. He moderates panels and keynotes at the industry's principal gatherings — InsureTech Connect in Las Vegas and Tokyo, InsurTech Insights in London and New York — and has led executive delegations to the InsurTech innovation centers of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
